Our Core Values & Group Guidelines

The Noblemen Group is built on a foundation of trust, connection, and mutual support. To ensure a safe and meaningful experience for every participant, we follow a clear set of values and community agreements. These principles shape how we show up—for ourselves and for each other.

Confidentiality:

What’s shared in the group stays in the group.
Confidentiality is the cornerstone of everything we do. This is a space where men can speak openly without fear of judgment or exposure. Every participant is expected to honour the privacy of others by never repeating what is shared—inside or outside the group. Breaking confidentiality breaks trust, and trust is essential to healing and growth.

THE NOBLEMEN CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT

Respect & Non-Judgment:

All voices are valued. Advice is welcome only when invited.
We don’t interrupt, criticize, or try to “fix” each other. This isn’t a place for debate or unsolicited opinions. It’s a space where each man is heard with empathy and respect. If someone asks for feedback or advice, it may be offered—but only then.

Courageous Vulnerability:

Real strength is shown in openness and honesty.
True courage isn’t about having it all together—it’s about being willing to share what’s real. Whether you’re facing grief, anger, confusion, or simply feeling numb, you’re encouraged to speak your truth. When one man opens up, he creates space for others to do the same.

Consistency & Commitment:

Connection is built through regular presence and active participation.
Trust grows when we show up consistently. Your presence matters—not just for you, but for the group. Attending weekly and engaging with intention helps form deeper connections and builds the supportive structure we all rely on.

Group Guidelines

To protect the integrity of the space and ensure every man feels safe and supported, we follow these group agreements at every meeting:

  • Confidentiality is Sacred
What’s said in the group stays in the group.
  • No Judgment, Advice Only if Requested
We listen first. Support is offered only when someone asks for it.
  • Speak from the “I” Perspective
We share our own experiences, not assumptions about others.
  • Listening is as Powerful as Speaking
Sometimes the most meaningful support is simply being present and hearing someone out.
  • Respect Time Limits and Shared Space
Everyone deserves a chance to speak. We honour boundaries and timing so all voices are heard.
  • Vulnerability is Strength
This is a place to be real. There is no shame in struggle—only courage in showing up.
